BECOMING A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Re-posted:
A Journey : Wedding Photojournalism | makeeatsimple

People, government, corporations constantly retool and reinvent themselves. We live in a world that constantly demands change and innovations. The internet, social media and digital photography did all that in a short time that makes it almost unbelievable.  Here is an interesting life journey of Rommel Ross, a talented graphic artist turned photographer. His story is one that truly inspires! His words: makeeatsimple

“I have been in the corporate world for the longest time as head of creative team of known companies and decided to shift to what
I love the most. “

I grew up always having had a curiosity and fascination for people who take photographs. No, I was not surrounded by “photographic influences” and artists, just regular people using their regular cameras. But they piqued my interest. And the images they produced, tho ordinary, made me understand the stories that lay within them.

Today I use this fascination to fuel my passion for creating images – trying to grasp what makes images beautiful and how they speak and impart the stories that lie within. I do this using my tools of choice… my camera, image enhancers and my inspirations.

I am a wedding photographer. I use the visual language of photography to capture and express the meaning of special moments, to tell a story, to inspire people, and most of all to bring joy to the hearts of my clients.
